	The T99 was a very early sidewalk pump, ie: Curb Pump. Placed outside a car livery garage or maybe dealership. Since there were few if any service stations, as we know them today, these became the solution.
G&B developed this pump to be used daily and designed a system of security. The clamshell doors when locked prevented gasoline theft.
